Age 19, Caucasian, 5'11". Currently attending his second year at the Berklee College of Music, planning a specialization in computer music. He's been making chiptunes as a hobby since high school. In his yearbook pictures his hair is black, but it's been blue since he left for college. While currently in Boston during classes, he actually lives in Mystic, Connecticut. Noel is adopted, and knows it; his adoptive parents are a C-suite exec for an international bank and a househusband, so he's had a comfortable life. Generally good-natured and was well-liked in school.

Post-Cascade, it's revealed that Noel is descended from the survivors of Atlantis, and was in fact an escapee from the Montauk Project, who was found by his parents washed up on the Connecticut shore. His ability to see the future and read objects comes from his Atlantean heritage.

Known Moves
Foretellings: At game start or faction turn, roll Spirit. On a hit, pick a prophecy that has story implications. A non-crit has complications; a miss gives -1 ongoing to avoid a terrible event prophesied.
Psychometry: Roll Spirit when studying/examining an interesting object. Success lets you ask questions about its history and secrets. A miss gives -1 ongoing for the scene.
Soothsayer: When you use your tools to read someone's future, roll Spirit. A hit provides new/interesting info about their destiny; a crit allows a followup question. On a miss, their destiny is outside your sight.
