Age 19, Caucasian, 5'11". Currently attending his second year at Columbia University in the Music department, planning a specialization in computer music. He's been making chiptunes as a hobby since high school. In his yearbook pictures his hair is black, but it's been blue since he left for college.
While currently in Manhattan during classes, he actually lives in Mystic, Connecticut. Noel is adopted, and knows it; his adoptive parents are a C-suite exec for an international bank and a househusband, so he's had a comfortable life. Generally good-natured and was well-liked in school.
Fortunetelling method:
Scrying/water-gazing. Specifically, a basin or other container of water that is then struck by vibrations. Because he doesn't know the source of his abilities, Noel believes (incorrectly) that the vibrations specifically need to be music, since that is what triggered his first vision.
